E.E. Rempfer & Associates, Inc. has been in business since 1946, and has always operated solely as a manufacturer's representative, although our capabilities have expanded to include local stock inventory for Leeson Electric and power transmission products. We currently manage two warehouses totalling over 15,000 square feet, in two locations: Minneapolis, MN and Des Moines, IA. The inventory is owned by the principals we serve and provides local stock for OEM's and our authorized distributors. Additional services include application engineering and on-line order entry using our integrated networked computer systems.
E.E. Rempfer & Associates uses a strategic planning model to position the organization. The vision, company resources and industry situation form the basis for the company strategy. From the company strategy, we formulate the company mission, principles and objectives.

VISION Our vision is to be the factory direct sales channel of choice for industrial components and solutions for MANA territory 17. (MANA stands for Manufacturers Agents National Association and defines typical sales coverage territories based on geography and sales potential.)
STRATEGY Our strategy is to use market research, both locally and internationally, analyzing the forces acting on the industry, and then leverage our internal resources and select synergistic manufacturers as our partners. A manufacturers' representative is typically the least expensive means of penetrating OEM accounts, by outsourcing the direct sales function over several manufacturers.
MISSION Our mission is to provide consultative sales and marketing to targeted business markets, maximizing the overall benefits of the stakeholders (The stakeholders of the organization are the customers, employees, manufacturers and the community.)
PRINCIPLES Our basic principles dictate that we aggressively represent our manufacturers with ethical and honest communications, and place the highest value on morals and integrity in dealing with all people and relationships.
OBJECTIVES Our basic objective is to provide our customers and manufacturers with high quality products, solutions, and services. We accomplish this by providing the sales and marketing link between the customers and manufacturers we represent.

The true measure of our success is with our stakeholder satisfaction. If we are successful in our mission and infrastructure, the stakeholders (employees, customers, principals, and the community as a whole) will all benefit from our organization and efforts.
